Jayendra Shah

Jayendra Shah is a Chartered Accountant and one of the founding partners at N.A. Shah Associates, a leading Chartered Accountancy firm based in Mumbai. With over 40 years of experience, he specializes in business advisory, transaction structuring and commercial negotiations. A recognized expert in family governance, Mr. Shah is frequently sought after for his counsel on succession planning and building sustainable business families.

When not advising clients, he enjoys traveling and values the personal connections he maintains with clients beyond the boardroom.

Sahil Dhowan

Sahil Dhowan is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. He brings deep expertise in evaluating diverse businesses and has a strong understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape. Sahil is known for his strong connect with founders and business owners, offering them strategic insights and bespoke solutions that align with both their commercial goals and compliance requirements.

A chess aficionado, he also enjoys playing badminton and table tennis.

Sheetal Trivedi

Sheetal Trivedi is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. She brings deep expertise in evaluating diverse businesses, vetting legal documentation and managing transaction closures. Over her career, Sheetal has been involved in several M&A transactions at TCCA. She also has extensive experience in the setup of PE/VC funds under SEBI AIF regulations, with a strong focus on fund compliance and governance.
A health and fitness enthusiast, Sheetal enjoys playing badminton, reading and spending quality time with her young family.

Kishan Khichda

Kishan is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over two years of experience in Investment Banking, specializing in financial modelling, valuations and investment research. He has a strong interest in analysing businesses and understanding what drives long-term value creation. Prior to working with Transcon Capital, he was an intern with UBS, where he gained valuable insights into the equity capital markets. Outside of the office, he enjoys watching and playing cricket. He also has a keen interest in chess.

Yash Methwani

Yash is a recently qualified Chartered Accountant working as an Analyst at Transcon Capital. He is responsible for sectoral research, financial modelling, and valuation. Yash enjoys understanding businesses beyond the numbers and contributing to transactions that drive meaningful value. Prior to joining TCC, he was part of the Transaction Advisory team at ASA Baker Tilly, where he gained experience in valuation and financial modelling across the infrastructure and technology sectors. A sports enthusiast, Yash also enjoys solving puzzles and listening to music in his leisure time.
