‘MM! Maroosh’ is an established QSR brand offering a mix of Lebanese and Indian cuisine. The brand is known for its shawarmas, kebabs, hummus and salads across Mumbai and Pune. It is one of the few Indian QSR brands to have transformed its operations to ensure high degree of scalability. Company customised the look and feel of its outlets, standardised its key inputs and undertook measures to improve consistency, minimize wastage and reduce dependence on individual chef skills.

EPC is a company manufacturing micro irrigation systems. Company had a strong brand and robust distribution network across rural India. We were instrumental in investment of INR 44 crore in EPC through a mix of equity and debt. We executed strategic sale of EPC to Mahindra and Mahindra. Company currently trades on Indian bourses as Mahindra EPC.
Optimus Pharma

Optimus is a Hyderabad based pharma group engaged in researching, developing, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and pharmaceutical intermediates. We were involved in investing and managing an INR 120 crore strategic investment in Optimus Group. We subsequently executed a sale of the Optimus Group to a financial investor.
